POSITION: ASSISTANT TYRE SUPERVISOR

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct daily tyre pressure monitoring across company vehicles and maintain accurate logs, preparing and submitting reports to the Tyre Supervisor as instructed.
• Execute monthly comprehensive tyre surveys covering the entire company fleet, documenting tyre conditions and reporting findings to the supervisor.
• Perform detailed tyre inspections assessing tread depth, inflation, wear patterns , and damage, following directives from the Tyre Supervisor.
• Collect and organize photographic and physical evidence to support tyre condition reporting and procurement justification
• Raise, process, and track tyre-related job cards in the AMS system, maintaining data accuracy and timely follow-up as per supervisor’s instructions.
• Organize and maintain filing systems for tyre inspection reports, job cards, and purchase requisition documents, according to supervisor guidelines.
• Liaise and coordinate with workshop personnel, job card clerks, and storekeepers to ensure smooth tyre section operations.
• Performs any other duties as assigned by superiors.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Diploma or vocational course in auto mobile mechanic
• Atleast 3 years proven working experience
