About the Role
Ramada Hotel is seeking a highly motivated Tour Operator Accounts Manager to drive relationships and revenue from the tour and travel trade sector. This role is all about building strong partnerships, negotiating competitive agreements, and positioning Ramada as the preferred choice for both local and international tour operators. You’ll be responsible for developing strategies that increase bookings and exposure, while ensuring seamless communication between our hotel and trade partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with local, regional, and international tour operators, OTAs, and DMCs.
- Negotiate rates, packages, and contracts that maximize hotel revenue and market share.
- Identify new business opportunities in key source markets.
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing to create trade promotions and targeted campaigns.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
- Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to represent the hotel.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, agreements, and performance tracking.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in tour operator account management or travel trade sales within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Understanding of tour operator distribution channels and global tourism trends.
- Results-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing sales team.
