Position: CCR OPERATOR- TWIGA CEMENT
Areas of Responsibility: AS ASSIGNED
Reports To: CEMENT MILLS MANAGER
Specific Knowledge: At least Two (2) years of working experience in cement manufacturing plants.
Due Date: 9/16/2025 12:00 AM
Main Duties
- Ensure the safety of all personnel and machinery at all times.
- Operate and monitor cement mills efficiently, ensuring optimal performance.
- Implement procedures QPOP 06, QPOP09, QPOP10, and QPOP11.
- Adjust and control operational parameters to meet product quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production and quality records on log sheets.
- Coordinate with laboratory teams for adjustments to improve quality.
- Report any deviations from process parameters for immediate action.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining safety and quality.
- Conduct detailed equipment inspections and support minor repairs during shutdowns.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and internal safety guidelines.
- Adhere to the Heidelberg Materials Group Code of Business Conduct.
Minimum Requirements (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Process Engineering or related field.
- Strong command of MS Office applications: Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industrial safety and process compliance.
