Job Vacancy: TECHNICAL OPERATOR – PACKING

Are you a skilled operator with experience in packing operations and machine maintenance? We are looking for an experienced Technical Operator – Packing to join our team at Said Salim Bakhresa & Co. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate packing machines to ensure accurate and efficient packing of milled products.
• Carry out autonomous maintenance (AM) for the packing machines including basic maintenance, conversion, and machine changeovers.
• Supervise shift packing operations, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, GMP, and company quality procedures.
• Support quality control by verifying product weights, seals, and coding accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of shift activities, including production reports and inventory.
• Collaborate with quality control, production, and dispatch teams to resolve operational issues.

What You’ll need

• Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Process Engineering (essential)
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (desirable)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing or food processing
• Strong knowledge of packing machines and processes
• Familiarity with food safety standards and compliance requirements
• Problem-solving, decision-making, communication skills and use of computer systems
