The company is hiring for the below positions:

1. JOB TITLE: Human Resources Officer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience in recruitment, employee relations, or HR administration especially in Casual Labour Management within Logistics/Port, Railway construction & Mining.
• Knowledge of Tanzanian Labor Laws, employment regulations and Payroll Management.
• Strong Knowledge of Tanzania tax laws and Staff Benefits (PPF, NSSF & WCF), etc.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, multitasking and organizational skills.

2. JOB TITLE: Accounting Officer

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA (T) or equivalent professional qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant accounting experience especially in Casual Labour Management within Logistics/ Port, Railway construction & Mining.
• Strong Knowledge of Tanzania tax laws / TRA.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, Quick Books, SAP) etc.
