1. Position: Reservation Agent
Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest reservation inquiries through phone, email, and booking platforms with a courteous and professional demeanor.
- Efficiently manage daily reservations, modifications, and cancellations using the Property Management System (PMS).
- Provide accurate and detailed information regarding room types, amenities, packages, and current promotions.
- Collaborate closely with the front desk, sales, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum of two years of proven experience in a five-star hotel setting, mainly in hotel reservations and front desk operations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service mindset and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with PMS systems (Specifically Opera).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

2. Position: Cluster Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies across multiple market segments to achieve revenue targets for Gran Meliá Hotel Arusha, Melia Serengeti Lodge, and Ngorongoro Lodge Member of Melia Collection.
- Manage key relationships with leisure clients.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, sales calls, site inspections, and industry events.
- Coordinate closely with Revenue, Marketing, and Reservations teams to align sales efforts with pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain a consistent and professional presence through regular client visits, follow-ups, and detailed sales reporting.
- Collaborate with hotel leadership to forecast business trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Represent the hotel brand with professionalism and integrity at trade shows, exhibitions, and client meetings.
- Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of three years of proven experience in hotel sales, with a focus on corporate accounts and agent relationship management.
- Strong understanding of hospitality sales cycles, market segmentation, and B2B relationship-building strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a guest- and client-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities across properties.
- Knowledge of the Northerns circuit.
