K-Finance Limited is a privately owned microfinance institution operating in Dar es Salaam and Dodoma serving to both the employed and entrepreneurs whose operations began in 2008 after being registered and incorporated in Tanzania as a financial service company providing loans and became licensed in 2021 as a Microfinance Institution under the Central Bank of Tanzania regulations.

JOB VACNCY: Credit relationship Officer
LOCATION: Dar es alaam.
Required Qualifications:Â
Educational background.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or a related field.
Professional Experience. - 3+ years in Financial services or Banking with a focus on credit analysis, loan underwriting, Sales and Marketing or Risk Management.
- Proven track record in Managing Credit portfolio making sound lending decision.
Technical & Analytical skills.
- Strong ability to interpret financial statements, perform cashflow analysis and evaluate credit worthiness.
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance, up to date knowledge of market trends and institutional product and services.
Soft skills.
- Excellent Communication and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail, integrity and Organization ability.
- Ability to work in team setting.
